Term and Conditions

1. Subject to the terms of this Agreement myLifePool will use its best endeavours to publish and maintain the Partner’s page Offers or offers (the Offers) on mylifepool.co.uk (the mLP Social Platform)

2. The Offers are submitted to myLifePool for publication on the following terms:
2.1 The Partner must uphold and honour all offers displayed on the mLP Social Platform, failure to do so may result in termination of this agreement.
2.2 The Partner will retain copyright and all property rights in the content of its Offers;
2.3 Subject to 2.4 below, the Partner may change the Offers with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice by notifying mLP by email;
2.4 The Partner is responsible for supplying all content, including copy, images, photographs and logo for the Offers;
2.5 myLifePool reserves the right at any time to reject or remove from the mLP Social Platform any offer or part of any offer at its absolute discretion;
2.6 The Partner warrants that the content of the Offers from time to time will not
2.6.1 infringe the intellectual property of any third party,
2.6.2 breach any rights capable of protection at law,
2.6.3 cause offence to any person, or
2.6.4 constitute a breach of statutory duty or criminal offence and irrevocably indemnifies myLifePool against all actions, costs, claims, demands and liability whatsoever arising from the publication on the mLP Social Platform of material supplied by the Partner.

3. myLifePool will seek to maintain the mLP Social Platform, but subject to the proviso below this Agreement excludes on the part of myLifePool all and every liability for
3.1 failure of the mLP Social Platform or any part of it howsoever caused and for whatever period of time;
3.2 any loss, claim, expenditure or costs including loss of profit or loss of opportunity incurred whether directly or indirectly as a result of such failure;
3.3 failure of the mLP Social Platform to achieve any specific search engine placement;
3.4 removal of the whole or any part of the Partner’s content from the mLP Social Platform;
3.5 any copy or other reference to the content of the Offers by a third party;

4. This Agreement shall take effect for an ongoing period and will continue thereafter until
4.1 myLifePool notifies the Partner that it will no longer maintain the Offers on the mLP Social Platform, or
4.2 the Partner terminates this Agreement by giving myLifePool notice in writing.

5. Preferred partners must be a normal member of myLifePool to participate in the Preferred Partner Scheme.
5.1 Your offered and company being displayed in the Member Benefits section is contingent on being a current paid up member.
5.2 The partner agrees to myLifePool using their submitted details to communicate relevant information about myLifePool and the partner scheme.
